TeamViewer

TeamViewer allows us direct access to your PC (remote maintenance). It is a screen sharing program, very adaptable, efficient and easy to use (only some functional buttons).  That's how it works:

  1. Call us on the Logico Solutions AG hotline +41 41 552 36 11

  2. Start the TeamViewer

  3. The file «TeamViewerQS.exe» will be downloaded

  4. Open the “TeamViewerQS.exe” file and give us your randomly generated ID for the connection

  5. The connection between the two PCs is established and online support can begin
