Project description

The company Digitalparking AG, as a service provider of parking systems, relies on the ERP industry solution for service-oriented companies from Logico. 


All service orders are scheduled via the electronic scheduling board. The service technician works online or offline with an Android tablet with a SIM card. He sees his assigned orders and is supported by the integrated route planning. In offline mode, the system automatically synchronizes with the next server connection.


After completing the order, the service technician records the time spent on the service order and adds the items used, which he can select from the ERP system's item master. If the customer is on site, he can view his report electronically and approve it for invoicing, after which the invoice is printed and sent at the headquarters.
