The companies Digitalparking, VonBallmoos, Taxomex, Parkomatic and ParkingCard use “Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central” as their joint ERP solution. Each company is managed as an independent client. Digitalparking provides parking management services for VonBallmoos, Taxomex and Parkomatic.
The service orders are managed via the electronic dispatch board. After the assignment, the service technician sees his newly assigned orders directly online and can confirm them. In addition, he is supported by the integrated route planning system so that he knows the best sequence and the fastest route for him. After completion of the order, the service technician records the time he has spent on the service order and adds the used articles, which he can select from the article master of the ERP system. If the customer is on site, he can have his report electronically verified and then release it for invoicing. The invoice is then printed and sent at the head office.
