Start TeamViewer

The TeamViewer allows us direct access to your PC (remote maintenance). It is a screen share program, very adaptable, efficient and easy to use (only some functional areas). How it works:

  1. Call us on the Logico Solutions AG hotline +41 41 552 36 11
  2. Start the TeamViewer
  3. The file «TeamViewerQS.exe» will be downloaded
  4. Open the file “TeamViewerQS.exe” and give us your randomly generated ID for the connection
  5. The connection between the two PCs is established, online support can begin
