No, you need an ecoDMS Server installation (Version 16.09 or 18.09).

It doesn’t matter if the Server is installed local or in the Cloud. Important therefor is that the API (Application-Programming-Interface) is reachable from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

No, you can’t test the extention without an ecoDMS Installation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
