The module “ecoDMS Integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central” fully integrates the DMS solution “ecoDMS” into your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. With the Add-On you can easily add documents to Business Central documents or master data. The solution has been certified by Microsoft and bears the label Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD).

- Comprehensive parameterization and classification options: Define how an attached document should be classified, populate fields with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central values or with fixed defaults.
- Scan Inbox: Link automatically processed and pre-classified vendor documents with OCR functionality to Business Central documents with just a few mouse clicks.
- Archive Business Central documents (e.g. quotations, sales orders, etc.) as PDF files at the push of a button and send them by e-mail if required.
- User and group administration: The roles defined in ecoDMS also work in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Add-On.
